The Society for Free Radical Research-Taiwan and The Society of Chinese Natural Medicine both have a long history and are the most important conferences for academic exchange among natural product scholars. They provide a platform for research sharing and discussion between Taiwanese and international scholars. During the COVID-19 pandemic, natural products and traditional Chinese medicine played crucial roles in medicine and healthcare, garnering attention both domestically and internationally. Therefore, this joint symposium not only reviews the significant contributions of natural products and traditional Chinese medicine to major human diseases but also looks toward future developments in free radical research, showcasing Taiwan's capabilities in the R&D of natural products, traditional Chinese medicine, and free radicals.

Xantho Bio. shared its latest research progress with attendees and engaged in discussions with several experts in natural products. This interaction helped build strong relationships and provided valuable suggestions and ideas that can accelerate the R&D process and spark new innovations.
