Auditing

Office

Responsible for auditing and inspecting various units (including subsidiaries) regarding the implementation of internal control systems, and providing improvement suggestions and follow-up reviews of deficiencies:

  • Based on risk assessments, develop an annual overall audit plan, execute the audit plan, and review the completeness of internal control system design and the effectiveness of execution to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and government regulations.
  • Review self-assessment reports from various departments and subsidiaries to serve as a basis for the board of directors and the general manager to evaluate the overall effectiveness of the internal control system and issue the internal control system declaration, while completing relevant reporting procedures.

 

R&D

Department

Responsible for drug research and development, and executing clinical trials at various stages:

  • Monitor the progress of clinical trials in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and the study protocol.
  • Proactively seek and participate in the evaluation of new drug development and clinical collaboration projects.
  • Implement control over the sourcing of herbal medicine materials to comply with good agricultural and collection practices. 
  • Develop active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and new drug manufacturing processes.
  • Manage various projects. Oversee intellectual property management.

Responsible for market analysis, marketing strategies, market planning, sales targets, and reviewing and recommending strategies for products:

  • Arrange management of domestic and international exhibitions, seminars, media advertising, promotional materials, and sales promotion activities, as well as the collection and reporting of market intelligence.
  • Develop domestic and international market business, pharmaceutical sales, licensing, and customer collaboration and services.

Administrative

Department

Responsible for the company's human resources affairs, information management, and administrative services:

  • Personnel recruitment, training, attendance, performance evaluation, rewards and penalties, employee benefits, pension, and payroll processing.
  • Contract review and legal management.
  • Handling of shareholder affairs and general administrative matters.
  • Maintenance and establishment of investor and corporate relationships.
  • Planning, integrating, and managing various computer software and hardware resources, as well as data and network security.
  • Planning sustainable development trends and practices, and deepening the company's sustainable governance culture.
